Asia's Biggest Gainer



Before the the start of the fasting month, i've plan to go for a diet program on my own.. But I'm wondering, why haven't my weight goes down, infact I gained quite a few pound this month, I guess.

You see, 2-3 years back, I'm not this big. I've gained so much weight for the past 2 years due to no workout at all. I'm curious whether I can still go back to my fomer size.. Here are some of my back-to-the-future pics.. hehe

FYI, my weight now is 95kg. So.. do u think i can get my former shape back??

bro, aku rasa kalau ko beli balik rambut panjang ko, mesti ko leh kurus.. sebab bila rambut dah panjang, ko takde masa nk makan, asyik nak jaga rambut je.. :P

well, honestly i think u can get ur former shape back.. just think about others that has successfully getting back in shape.. theres a few example that u already know.. hehehe..

bila ada muscle, metabolism pun naik. Lg satu, our body will burn the fat tuk maintain the muscle.

Cam Helas, metabolism die tinggi lagi. Jumlah kalori badan die bkar lagi banyak dari jumlah kalori yg die amik....

so...ada usaha adalah ganjarannya...

Tell you ! Blow up the above photos. I mean the bigger print the better. Pin them somewhere where you usuaaly sit. That will motivate you !

Next--other than bowling and snooker (these are only good for maintaining NOT losing weight ) do you play any games ? At your age , you should be sweating it out in games that require strong physical workout like table-tennis, swimming, tennis, badminton !

Another thing bro---you are what you eat ! So go easy on that chapter. Based on recent postings og the 'kambing panggang' ---you love eating !

Last time,i do gym, pingpong, basketball, hiking & jogging.. but after I got my daughter, I stop everything.. And of course I love to eat.. it's hard to stop now..

for me it's normal for a person like you to be fat..but with a normal diet plus exercise plus iron will..i'm sure you can went back to your previous shape..because i'll already try it once..and it's successful..but i already abandon it because i want to focus more on my studies..and now i become fat once more..huhuhu..what a waste.. :P
