One of the trainer of The Biggest Loser once said that to lose weight is easy but to maintain it is hard. It's true somehow. For the past 3 weeks, I have done no exercise at all. FYI, b4 this, I went to gym 5 days a week for the past 3 months and I can see the result after all my hard work. Now, I don't know whether I really have the time to workout anymore. Furthermore I'm working at a new place in Bdr Baru Bangi. So for now, I consider myself as taking a break.. hehe
Next week, I got to search for gym in my area. If u know any, do inform me :) I'm starting a new target for my weight. .. The former one has been achieved in 3 months time. My next target should be able to complete by end of February, hope so.. So, who's with me??? hehe
p/s : It's hard to control ur food intake when ur sitting in between of 2 devilish frens whose always pursuade u to go for lunch with them.. hehe

sometimes being awake (?) and alert throughout the day ( coz u're working) may help in not gaining back so much of your old weight. Still---all the best !
helas
good idea !
waaaa... bnyk da kurang.. ehehe
hey you, I've been there. Hard to maintain. And to get back on feet, might be a hardest thing to do. But once you're back, means you're back for good.
Good luck maintaining, and wish me luck losing weight.

Hey, have you tried brown rice? texture a lil weird but i ada recepe utk buat brown rice tak yucky sgt. well not really a recipe. but u can cook the brown rice with chicken broth instead of water like when u do with white rice. and if u want u can put like green peas and carrots. so kinda taste like fried rice but healty! really good!
